Steps
Wash the broccoli and cut off the coarse stems. |
Melt a large piece of butter in a skillet. |
Fry the minced meat over high heat until almost completely cooked, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper to your liking. |
Reduce heat, add extra butter to skillet. Fry the broccoli for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. |
Season the broccoli and place the remaining butter slices on top of it. Serve hot. |
